Article 3, Sec. 3 of the United Knights of Dalewood Constitution states that  “A majority of voters in the Class is required to enact, amend, and repeal laws.” The state of Mid-Knight failed to enact the following laws:

Pursuant to Article 1, Sec. 1 of the Constitution (“The Teacher may call on Students without raised hands when given permission by the Class.”), the following law failed to reach a majority by a vote of 10-14:

The Teacher has permission to call on any student in the State of Mid-Knight that is looking at a phone.
