Article 3, Sec. 3 of the United Knights of Dalewood Constitution states that  “A majority of voters in the Class is required to enact, amend, and repeal laws.” This provision has been interpreted as allowing for the creation of federal laws whenever a majority of EACH Law Class votes in favor of that federal law.

The following federal laws have been enacted:

Federal Law 23-1: Pursuant to Article 2, Sec. 6 of the Constitution (“The Class may designate one Class Holiday each semester to celebrate the United Knights of Dalewood.”), the following law was enacted unanimously:

United Knights of Dalewood Creation Days shall be held each year on October 6 and February 9, or the school day closest to those dates if those dates school days.

Students in the U.K.D. will be given at least one designated opportunity per month to provide formal advice to the Teacher about the content of instruction.

The Student Representatives are required to create a specific procedure for future lawmaking in the United Knights of Dalewood.
