Constitutional Interpretation 2024-1 (Meaning of “the Class” in Article 3, Section 3)

Amending the Constitution

Article 4: Amendments – This Constitution can be amended with a 2/3 (66%) majority of all Students in the United Knights of Dalewood.

Enacting, Amending and Repealing Laws

Article 3: The Government, Sec. 3– A majority of voters in the Class is required to enact, amend, and repeal laws.
