Article 3, Sec. 3 of the United Knights of Dalewood Constitution states that “A majority of voters in the Class is required to enact, amend, and repeal laws.” This provision has been interpreted as allowing for the creation of federal laws whenever a majority of EACH Law Class votes in favor of that federal law.

Federal Law 23-1: Pursuant to Article 2, Sec. 6 of the Constitution (“The Class may designate one Class Holiday each semester to celebrate the United Knights of Dalewood.”), the following law was enacted unanimously:
United Knights of Dalewood Creation Days shall be held each year on October 6 and February 9, or the school day closest to those dates if those dates school days.

- On September 17, 2025, the Student Representatives created the following procedures for lawmaking in the United Knights of Dalewood:
- During the lawmaking unit of each semester, each student has the opportunity to propose bills either publicly or anonymously.
- The Student Representatives choose which of the proposed bills will be debated and voted on during the lawmaking unit of each semester.
- In the event of a tie vote on a bill, Teacher shall bring in a non-citizen of the U.K.D. out of the hallway for the purpose of casting the tiebreaking vote.
